Enermax has just a couple days ago officially introduced the Revolution X’t II series of power supply to the market. These are second generation of 80 PLUS Gold certified, semi-mdoular units. Channel Well Technology is the OEM once again, this time however the units are to be equipped with “100% 105°C Japanese electrolytic capacitors”. These models were displayed, we checked them, more in the report from the show. Samples should also be available soon.
The Revolution X’t II series comes in 450, 550, 650 and 750W versions, all specified to deliver full rated power 24/7 at 40 °C ambient. All of them are covered by 5-year warranty and carry the ordinary Enermax features (HeatGuard, CordGuard, Twister fan). The introduction price is quite high though, in Europe the RSP is set to 89,90, 99,90, 109,90 and 119,90€, respectively. For that price you can get competing units with longer warranty and specified for higher temperatures, so hopefully it will price drop soon.
